Tasting Notes: Papaya, Caramel, Honeydew 

Yeison Vargas and his team at El Proceso produced an incredible summer slurper in this washed Yellow Bourbon coffee! This is our first time buying from Yeison Vargas and the La Roca State. The aromas float around subtle, soft florals, caramel and tropical fruits. The flavors shapeshift around lightly sweet honeydew melon and papaya. Round, sweet, good-natured.. this is a treat as the weather warms!
