It’s all in the family! We’ve loved serving multiple harvests of Jesús Sabillon coffees the last few years; now you get to try the latest paraneima and pacas varietiels from his son, David! David has spent years learning alongside his father on the farm and began farming his own micro-lots of specialty coffee in 2020. With this honey process paraneima we experience a  well rounded coffee,  citrusy and warm with  earthy and chocolatey flavors and aromas!
