This is our 3rd harvest of Luis Jose Valdez's washed blend from his farm, Finca La Cristalina, in Caldas, Colombia.
The last two harvests have been so sweet, vibrant, and full of aroma, it's one of our favorite coffees to showcase. Complex red and dried fruit acidities open up to a creamy, nutty sweetness in a medium-bodied cup. Luis Jose's care for the land, people, and coffee he produces goes above and beyond.
