Spring is already here!! Yippee! Time flies when you’re having fun I guess.

As always we have been working on new recipes in all areas and are excited to get them out there to share with you. Whether you’re in it for the coffee beans, the snacks or the new flavors in your lattes we are here to deliver.

Speaking of delivering...

Are you subscribed to our coffee deliveries? If so we have a little update for you! We will begin charging all subscription orders on Sundays at 12:00am beginning April 2, 2023! It will streamline our roasting, production, and order fulfillment process. You may still send us requests to skip, swap, or pause your subscription or make other adjustments to your orders, but instead of having orders charged on all days of the week, we will have all account orders charged on Sundays at 12:00am. We are here to help so please let us know if you have any questions regarding this shift in order charge timing!

Stay tuned for more subscription announcements to come! If you have a coffee subscription with us you will be getting the first crack at our Mexican single origin as a sample in one of your next orders!!! Yay!!

New coffee is coming!!

A new single origin is about to drop at the end of the month. We are excited to showcase a deliciously syrupy sweet coffee coming to us from an organic cooperative of small family farms in Chiapas, Mexico. Our roasting team tastes notes of honey, caramel, roasted pecans, cherry, lime-like acidity.. The aroma is heavily honey and other brown sugary sweets.

Our Flagship mainstay is getting a new Guatemalan coffee as its major component this spring! We're bringing back a familiar favorite of ours, brought to us by our friends at Saint Frank from their friend Don Guayo and his farm, El Puente. This is our second time buying coffee from his lot of the 100% bourboncito cultivar, a chocolatey, citrusy, perfect backbone to the Flagship expression.

This spring we will be releasing a new seasonal double-origin that we are SO excited about. Keep an eye out next month for more information, you'll be the first to hear.

Updates from the shop! 

Have you been in our cafe lately? You may have noticed we have some new merch lined up on the shelves! This includes SALE shirts, sweatshirts, cups, coffee equipment, all sorts of hats and more. Did you know you can order this merch online too? You can have it shipped anywhere or delivered to your front door locally.

A hot new update for our drip is in. We are now serving SINGLE ORIGIN DRIP! This will typically fall into the lighter category with a more robust taste. We are looking forward to this new offering and will plan on changing it up ever once in a while as we introduce more single origins! 

Maple pecan and juniper sage syrups are here until we run out! The fan favorite pistachio rose is set to come back very soon and we couldn’t be more excited.

The kitchen is crafting up the usual delicious meals with the addition of our ‘secret menu’ items almond butter toast and our bread pudding french toast!

This past month we hosted a few fun events including our monthly farmers market and pop-up market, as well as “Invent an Insect” with the Gateway Science Museum!
