Two new coffees have entered the lineup and we couldn’t be more thrilled. From an organic cooperative of small family farms in Chiapas, Mexico we have our newest single origin that is a bright, nutty and sweet flavor. We also have our newest seasonal double origin, Wildflower. This coffee is packed with hints of raspberry, Meyer lemon and a sweet caramel finish. It combines a creamy, balanced Honduran grown by Katia Duke with our citrusy, bright Rwandan coffee from the Murundo Mill, both of which we have loved years prior!!
Interested in trying either, or both of these tasty sips? We are featuring Mexico as our single origin espresso offering in the shop! Our staff’s favorite ways to enjoy this so far are macchiatos or iced americanos (but you really can’t go wrong with it in any way). We recently switched over from pour overs to Aeropress in the cafe! This has been a really fun and more intentional way to taste all of our coffees, bringing froward some really great characteristics in each of them. Wildflower is no exception!
Both of these new coffees are available on our shelves or online to try using your favorite brewing method at home!
One of our fan (and staff) has finally returned on bar. PISTACHIO ROSE!! This flavor tastes like spring. A subtle yet completely delicious syrup that pairs well with just about any coffee we’ve got. Added to a latte really highlights its floral and nutty notes for a refreshing and sweet treat!
