Updates from our Roasting Team:
Most of our coffee offerings are remaining the same heading into late February, early March. Yay! We’ve still got the classics: Flagship, Dark, and Decaf. Even when the same coffees are featured for our double origin offerings, our recipes are always slightly adjusting to improve aroma and flavor while maintaining a consistent tone.
We have a final few batches of our Rwandan coffee left so be sure to get some before its gone! We have loved featuring two representations of the bourbon varietal in both of our single origins, Rwanda and Burundi. Both varietals carry certain similarities in viscosity and flavor, but they also showcase the unique attributes of their terroir (climate, soil content, agronomic factors).
Up next in the queue we have a delicious Mexican single origin from Chiapas. This single lot from Yajalon is our first Mexican coffee showcased as a single origin. We. Are. Stoked. Stay tuned for this release coming soon.
Our newest coffee, Lovebird, will be around until the end of the month! This medium roast leans deeply into the lighter sugary sweetness of caramel, nougat, toffee, less chocolate and fruity characteristics. Available on our cafe shelves or online!
Updates from our Cafe:
NEW MERCH IS IN! We have our shelves stocked with a variety of fun things right now. Most recently we released our first ever long sleeve, reprinted our signature Stoble flower design onto a more industrial blue crewneck and are featuring a cute little Lovebird tote bag inspired by our signature Lovebird blend.
We are still slinging shots of our Colombia alongside our Flagship and Decaf in the cafe! Our favorite drinks so far to enjoy this single-origin in are americanos and gibraltars but my goodness it is an incredible addition to any of your favorite drinks.
Juniper Sage syrup is here to stay for a bit. This flavor is not overpowering but offers a subtle-y sweet berry and pine flavor complimenting our espresso.
Tea lovers… we have ANOTHER new tea for you. This one comes along with some bummer news too though. Bon Bon has been discontinued so we have chosen Soothe Sayer from Smith Tea Maker to replace it! This tea is sweet, minty and has a lovely honey and eucalyptus flavor that is incredibly soothing.
Kitchen Updates:
It's no secret we have a fun variety of breakfast, lunch and snack options on our menu. Sooo on that note we are expanding. Welcome ALMOND. BUTTER. TOAST. But better? That’s all. It’s new. It’s delicious. It’s also not up on our menu yet but ask for it at the register and we will hook you up.
