We LOVE love here at Stoble. Hosting our first Sweetheart Dinner was not only a blast for us but was a beautiful and fun evening for our lovely guests. Our head chef Nathan and his team provided a delicious four-course dinner for the 20 couples who attended.
We welcomed our guests in with an amuse-bouche, compliments of the chef and continued with four courses that were thoughtfully crafted featuring lots of locally sourced produce and meats. Some highlights included braised pork shank sourced from Llano Seco, tombo ahi ceviche paired with homemade tortilla chips, a variety of creative salads and yummy veggies from local farms in and around Chico, and a chocolate torte. Nate's menu featured lots of choices each course for each couple to try various things.
Dinner was enjoyed by candlelight in our cafe with a personalized flower bouquet at each table. Talk about roooomanticccc! We had so much fun sharing good food with our community! A huge thanks to everyone who attended and our amazing serving, events and kitchen teams.
