We’ve been loving our full calendar of events lately, especially with hosting some events for the first time ever! Our first cooking class was no exception.
Our chef and kitchen manager, Nathan Johnson led an intimate group through the art of “cooking without a recipe”--learning about flavor profiles, how to substitute ingredients in recipes, and expanding their knowledge and leveling up their cooking!
We had an intimate, but very fun group of couples, pals, and moms and daughters who were guided through four courses of deliciously crafted meals and wine pairings. We’re hosting a second round of “cooking without a recipe” in April and then these classes will continue as a series throughout the year!
