We’re always looking for new ways to nerd-out about coffee with new and old friends, so a coffee tasting was a no brainer. Our Head Roaster, Alex, led a small group of coffee lovers through a morning of sipping coffee paired with delicious treats made by our Chef, Nathan.
We sipped on some of our single and double origins. Nate crafted homemade ricotta toast with blood orange and black tea infused marmalade as well as tahini brownies–notes to compliment those delicious coffees. You know that scene in Ratatouille where the fireworks go off when Remy combines the cheese and strawberries? Ya that's what this was like.
