Adame Kabele's processing station meticulously processes and mills coffee from many of its Ethiopian micro lots. This coffee is hand and machine sorted multiple times to find and remove all defective coffee beans, instead of being sorted and filtered by hand just once or twice. Once we tasted this coffee, we knew we had to do something special with it! This is an incredible, clean, and floral coffee. Perfect for summer sipping.
