Tasting Notes:  Almond, Orange, Complex

Antonio Medina and his family have been cultivating their farm, Finca La Colina, for almost 30 years! His care for quality in his coffees, care for his family and community, and care for the land is inspiring to see from afar. At Stoble we've showcased both his bourbon and caturra varietals over the last three harvests, always complex with embellishments of almond, cream, orange juice, with light floral and citrus aromas. This is our first time featuring this coffee as a single origin! Usually we show off this coffee in Flagship, but it deserves some spotlight on its own singular, complex characteristics.
